Thanks for the flatuous (I mean, fabulous) advice. I've never HEARD detox like THIS before ... OMGoodness ... I had no idea I was sooooooo toxic. I've been erupting around here like a constipated orangutan.

Seriously, all jokes aside, I haven't farted like this in years. My girls think I'm the bomb! Glad Heath is out of town. Reminds me of the farting contests me & my cousin used to have on long road trips ... gotta cassette tape around here somewhere with us grunting unabashedly for the title ... dang, where'd THAT memory come from?

I've GOT to find that tape!!!! And do the salt thingy, and take some selenium (or whatever it's called.)
