Um, Trapper?

I just thought I'd share that I decided to try doubling the salt. (I had done the salt-water cleanse many many times prior to this doubling of the salt with GREAT success with the website's recommended ONE tablespoon of salt.)

OK...so I doubled the salt.

I heaved my guts. First time I've vomited in quite a while! (Nothing but salt-water came up).

*Ahem*

So, uh, back to ONE tablespoon of Seasalt for me!
