I SO appreciate this thread. Thank you for starting it.

Yet, as a fairly new arrival to curezone and cleansing/detoxing in general, I find that I get somewhat confused over which "First Thing In The Morning" thing I should do first. Humaworm, Sole, Iodine??? ... and then of course, the ever popular coffee. :)

Additionally, since having read the protocols and so much information, I find that I would just like to hear in a regular person's own words how and what they incorporate into their day and in what order.

Is that unreasonable to ask?
