HI!

I just got a huge cold sore outbreak last night - I had planned on going to the sauna today and also read on this page that saunas are supposedly a good remedy against cold sores. Does anyone one if saunas are a good prevention only or if it is even effective when I already have an outbreak?... Or is it even harmful to go to the sauna when one has an outbreak?
Any help will be greatly appreciated (also if you find other links about this on the web...)
