It's only day 4 for me, but yesterday and today I woke up at 6am and got up to work around the house. Normally it takes me forever to wake up, and I always sleep late on weekends. When I do wake up, I'm so groggy. So maybe this stuff IS working. And, if this keeps up, I'll be one of those people afraid to stop taking it!
