Because of the roooomatizz, I'm also cranking up on the Vitamin C - 4000mg. I'm taking Glucosamine, Chondroitin, this Joint Support that my ND suggested, and I'm also pulling oil, PLUS the Iodine therapy supportive supplements in appropriate dosages.

I wish to do a bowel cleanse, soon - scheduling makes it difficult to work around the terlette issues, so I'm just biding my time until I can figure out how to do this without causing difficulties...er...you know what I mean...

I agree that Iodine Therapy seems to be very effective as a detox solution, but I need the Iodine for other reasons. I'm primarily looking to iodine to support my ruined thyroid, improve my vision, enhance my dormant metabolism, and THEN I'll consider it as a method of detoxification. But, that's me. Others may have much better suggestions.
