Ok say the mods were willing not to engage in some of the stuff I've seen and been the "butt" of ;}- and the e-mails etc.- (you are privy to the "water cooler", you know of what I speak)

How will you enforce it?

Your policy has been whatever the mods do is Ok, it's their call-even if it broke TOS
or did not support TOS

How do you plan to meld those two conflicting philosophies?
They are not begign...and you have allowed so much leeway
