I think the problem word is "civilized". A moderator may not be able to determine if a debate is still civilized. Civilized debates are healthy for a support forum. Much can be learned; and it provokes thought and research. I would like the best of both worlds. Maybe remove the debate when it starts to make divisive factions; or maybe a debate between only two or three people. I guess what I'm saying is "define civilized".
