I'm a little, how do I put this...not real happy with my last transaction w J. I will be deleting this in a few, but I feel taken advantage of. I'm hoping he is willing to work out some kind of deal with me. One day after I placed an order (which turned out to be, once shipped, double what I wanted - small bottles) he announces all the discounts, free shipping, etc. Virtually, I paid for (almost) a 16 oz but received 4 ounces instead. It was an error, which he was willing to rectify by my returning two bottles.

Not sure what to do with my annoyance other than what I just did. Let it out. I will be calling him tomorrow. What happened should not have. And I like him, particularly his over the phone persona. Kinda' bummin'.

What other suppliers are comparable to him - any suggestions? I'd rather not use Clarkson, but can if need be.
