If you read further:

"f. disclose, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is invasive of another's privacy. These include but are not limited to: name, address, "anonymous user id", email, IP address, homepage URL, phone number, photo, username previously used on other web services( yahoo, msn or other web based forums). You should not disclose names or address of the friends or family members of another CureZone member;"

Again, I did not make the edits so I cannot speak to why they were made. However, disclosing an email address is against the TOS.
