I am hoping you can help me. I have been on prozac (30 milligrams) for about 10 years. I am a 38 yo female.

I have tried to "go off" of it occasionally and find the depression/symptoms coming back.

I would like to find a natural alternative to prozac but I have no idea where to find information, or what my next step(s) should be...

I would also like to know if someone has had "experience" taking themselves off of prozac and switching to a natural alternative and how you did it...

Any help would be much appreciated.
