I haven't read all the posts, so....this is what I do...stick my nose in water, INhale, HOLD it in the sinus area for as long as possible, EXhale. No, it didn't hurt, it felt like a wasabi rush. Remember, as a kid, breathing in water while swimming? It's like that. BTW, I only used 2 drops in a bowl of water...
