Well I did it! It was a bit embarrassing because you are only in your underwear when they wrap you up! I supposedly lost 10 inches but my clothes didn't seem much looser. I guess you have to have more than one. The thing is I felt really drained afterwards and went to bed early. This morning I awoke feeling better and more cleared headed. The lethargic type feelings I suffer from has not reared its ugly head,yet, but it is only 1:00! I think I will continue with my detox plan next week and then go in for anther one in about anther week. They have some good detox packages that are more aggressive!

Anyone else care to post their experiences?
