Hi All,

I was wondering if anybody knew of a good diet book that I could follow or ebook or any info that would hopefully cure Diabetes 2 (my level is 6.3 - managed).

I also have very High/Bad Cholesterol levels.

Also, anyone know of a good cook book and/or diet for both conditions that have really helped? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
