I've felt especially good since upping the ES. Was mainly taking it with the Moreless Drink, but have been making sure to do so with meals as well. Pinches are a little bigger, too.

We're probably deficient in most all minerals! I like knowing that our body will make the necessary choices.

Pretty neat.
