yikes..that sounds like a little too much mudslide for comfort!
I certainly would not ever take it for extended periods of time ever again,it really was hard for me to get back to becoming regular again once I was off that stuff.
It works great no doubt but it was really cleaning me out a little too much,so much that whenever I would eat it felt like the next day it was just sitting in my colon and left me with a very uncomfortable feeling.Not gonna do that ever again!
