I thik you were saying in your post that you were told you didn't have to change your diet?? CAndida will never go away if don't change your diet. It feeds off fried foods, anything processed and sugars. You have to starve it. I'm doing the candida diet and it's hard, very hard but I know it will be worth it :) I have a ton of good recipes that I got from the ask Kelley forum if you're interested. Bcp also contribute to candida...so if possible I would discontinue that.
