At this point what's the best thing to do if fever should get high?

I haven't had to give him any tylenol or motrin in a long time as I've been trying to stay away from it, and he hasn't had a fever in over a year. Due to supplementing him with various herbs, fish oil and good probiotics - he's been doing rather well. But, because he still does have issues, I knew it was time to do the cleanse. Getting him to take the pill has held us back and even that's not going to well since he can't swallow it. We're putting it in grape juice (gag), tomorrow we're trying applesauce method.

So, what's the best remedy if fever gets high?
