Hanna,
thanks for the old Andreas post. It makes sense to use Oxypowder s while flushing. I get a lot of stones out when I use that. Even just by having avocado and oils in my smoothie, not the full flush.
But I agree, the goal is to have good peristalsis without oxy products or anything.
