Cool! I've been non eating during the day for a long time now, and excersizing on an empty stomach, eating at night. This is great! A new forum to join! But I am vegetarian. Is that okay? I mean as far as the warrior diet is concerned or do you guys eat meat? Sadly I can't report any weight loss, I do it for energy, and the longevity benefits of calorie restriction and/or fasting all day. Food during the day weighs me down anyway.
