As I continue this Health "journey" as I like to call it and continue to research holistic healing, the more I find that Iodine was the missing link between so many things and I feel so blessed to have stumbled across this forum/info/self experimenters!!! The docs said I have PCOS, well they did see cysts on my ovaries...and my hormone level for progesterone was very low! Also the reason I started getting my self checked out in the first place was heavy menses...(sorry TMI!) But I have found there is also a link between Vitamin A deficiency/ Iodine deficiency/ heavy periods! So now I find that progesterone also helps the body to use Iodine (and probably vise versa) I am going to start back using the NPC, ASAP!!
