You must mean micro gram instead of milligram. Right? It seems that this amount would be unusual for kelp.

The therapy, which seems to be favored on this forum, recommends that the solution be both Iodine and iodide. Of course, several seem to be successful with one form. I prefer both; since I'm experimenting with possible health solutions anyway.
