hmm maybe i can take emergen-c for my vit c intake, and blackstrap molasses for my selenium? (uh wait BSM does have selenium, doesnt it? or was that kelp? cuz i just received my order of norwegian kelp.) um i didnt get a disease, i got in a bad car accident! lol im too young for diseases, especially with all the love and care i give my body. ....dont let my name fool you, i made it before i began cleansing years ago :]
