Hi Poppy

Throughout the weekend from hell, when I felt as if a semi had hit me, up until now, a week later, I have also eliminated thousands of flukes. Over 7 pounds worth as a matter of fact. I am pretty shook up by it all but know I will survive (and they won't hea hea)
