Seems like you are repeatring the kind of info given me by the health care oprofessionals who wanted to sell me wheelbarrow loads of suppliments. When I took these, yes, they colored my urine.

Perhaps that meant that they went right thru me and did me little or no good?

At any rate, I feel 1000% [no, this is NOT a typo!] better since I stopped ALL vitamins and suppliments except for Armour thyroid, which I also hope to taper off of. I eat the ripest, healthiest food I can find, drink ML's alk drink, and use the detox baths.

Since I started the ML protocol there is no coloration at all in my urine after eating beets. Before, my urine got very red or pink.

Perhaps I am now more completely utilizing the beets and other foods that I may be ingesting?

FYI: I was formerly spending more on digestive aids and enzmyes than I spend on the whole ML protocol, and those things DID NOT WORK VERY WELL!!!! Also spending a fortune on many other supps.

My pocket book is MUCH heathier now!!!
