I use 50 mg. Iodoral tablets and get it (cheapest and most reliable) from
http://www.breastcancerchoices.org/order


For skin applications to moles, etc., I use Lugol's Solution from jcrows.com. Quality is good there.

Some other outfits make syrupy Lugol's. If it's syrupy, you should return it.
