Just wondering which Iodine source is the best.. should i get Lugols or iodoral .. I dont know the difference.. Any suggestions? Im looking into this since i began to lose my hair after being in the hospital for almost a month.. I was in an accident which i neeeded surgery.. i went into septic shock, had to be pumped full of liquids, and so urinated through catather tubes like a madman... im guessing i lost alot of minerals, and potassium or wutever you lose through lots of urine... after getting out of the hospital i noticed a slight lump in my throat, and now my hair is sort of falling out.. I thought may be it might of been a detox symptom from all the drugs they gave me in the hospital but I dont want to take a chance losing my hair due to deficiency.. I was about to try the moreless protocol (already ordered all the products - waiting on the molasses and pickling lime to come in the mail) but then read a thread by trapper that says other elements in the kelp can actually damage the thyroid? I wanna purchase some Iodine and see how it does for me.. thanks in advane for replies.
