I'll be here to post to this message every day to see how you are doing with the weight loss. It is very difficult, but normally after the 3rd or 4th day it gets so much easier. Send a picture to all of us when you've completely your fasting session. I want to see those results!

I am fasting as well, this is my second day (this is my second day because yesterday I cheated...)

SW: 153
CW: 149
GW: 120-130 (I have to see which weight I'm satisfied with.)

Don't get discouraged. Email me if you want some tips on helping with the fasting and if you need some support and encouragment. :D
