Day 18. It's not that I don't appreciate how far I've come. I've lost almost a third of the weight I want and I'm doing well. But stalling for days only more reinforces how far I still have to go. At least I'm seeing some progress again. Feeling hopeful, if somewhat resigned to a slow process.
