I've purchased several products from you within the past 2 months and am getting ready to order t'day.

I'm looking to get on a summer protocol which will facilitate cleansing/healing & rebuilding. I recall you mentioning in past posts that some of the products do not need to be taken at the same time because they contain many of the same ingredients (such as the Dewormer & the Longevity spices, for example). Am I correct on this?

Would you please post a basic protocol that the fairly average 54 year old healthy adult female could be on until Autumn? I would love to purchase EVERYTHING and take it all the time, however, financial prudence needs to be followed here in my household.
