E.C. can be very different for everyone and some people might not even have it even if they think they do.

You might just have flacky dry lips or something, what do yours and your family's lips like compared to the photos in the gallery?

I am 100% sure it's not contagious, I was with my girlfriend for 5 years and I had terrbile E.C. which I hid from her by constantly biting skin off and then moisturizing and she never 'caught' anything.
