Thanks everyone for the good answers. I will certainly look into this. I had my blood pressure checked a little while ago and it seemed fine then. But what is true is that yes, it was a long tyring day and I had a headache already (which is why I sometimes do the headstand- it seems to refresh the head).

Also, even though I am not a fair type I do have problems with circles under my eyes... Have been thinking about cleansing for a while and it just seems now is a good time! Thanks!
