Yes, I have had similar problems to you and have been back to the dentist so many times! Finally I went to my old dentist for a second opinion and she said it was a jaw muscular issue and referred me to a craniosacral therapist. What a difference! I have had 3 visits now and are hugely better but noticed a difference after the first visit! Even the hot cold sensitivity is connected. Apparently sensitivity should settle if it is related to the tooth work. If it goes on like yours and mine it is most likely not the actual teeth but a muscular problem.
