It is amazing, all the incredible things that ACV can do. For the sinuses, it seems to make the mucus more liquid.

My second night's experience was not anywhere as good as the first. I admit that I am also applying the therapy found on the Iodine forum. That's where I spend more of my time too. Since I'm still in detox mode, I think I should stick with one thing only.

My mucus is soooo thick, that AVC just made symptoms worse by only thinning them enough to be a nuisance. I noticed this before, when I tried to get ACV to help long before the Iodine therapy. Maybe Iodine will kill whatever is in my sinuses. I tried Humaworm, hoping that it was parasites or worms. That did not help. I tried an antifungus too. That did not help either. Since it has lasted a lifetime, I'm thinking it is still deep fungus or something like bromine, flouride, or chlorine. Those are the things that displace iodine.

Anyway, I will keep trying; then I will get back to ACV.
