Thank you for asking about me. I am disappointed to say I am still not totally up to par in good health yet after the weekend from hell last weekend (see "Sick" below) I have no appetite and I feel as if there is a band around my chest which makes it a little hard to breath. I have reached the point in the humaworm that I can't wait for the end of the caps. I really look forward to the end of this cleanse. I have stopped looking in the toilet to see if there are any more flukes. I DON'T CARE. I just want to be done with this.

Your plans for future cleanses sounds like a good one for you. It would be more comfortable for you to do it that way.

I have been cleansing now for 4 years. Liver flushes go very slowly. I have all the time in the world. I didn't trash my body in 4 years so I will just do things as my body says to do them. My diet is clean, no junk anymore no desire for junk either.
