I've only been taking extra C, selenium, and Himalayan salt during the day. I've seen that protocol and although I haven't done it exactly, I know I'm getting at LEAST 1/4 teaspoon of salt daily if not more. I haven't had any other symptoms per se, like headaches or whatever. That's probably why this rash/itch was such a surprise and that my first thought was a toxic plant outside!!

I have that site bookmarked and have gone their a lot. If there is a way to help this go away, I'll do it. Will it go away on it's own? I'll try the protocol starting tomorrow. What can I put on the itching? I've already tried vinegar and I've tried that calamine lotion. Neither worked too well or too long. Anything else I can try to stop the itching?
