Excellent information. Thanks for posting and reposting. I probably read this information before as I've been going through all the posts for weeks now. However, the information mostly likely slipped through the holes in my swiss cheese brain and got lost in the brain fog!!!

While I am here, I have a question about detox which relates to iodine. I just upped my Iodine dose to two drops about four days ago. Suddenly I have this rash on my left arm that itches like the dickens. It's not red or blotchy or scaley or like boils. In fact, it's only when I scratch that you can really SEE the little bumps. Like really small welts. I thought perhaps I'd gotten into something outdoors, poison ivy or nettles or something, but I don't think that is it. Is there any kind of detox like this from taking iodine?
