I tend to agree. MDs do have their place (setting broken bones, neurosurgery etc.) but an ounce of prevention is now worth several pounds of cure due to inflation! Let us all help each other to take personal responsibility for attaining and maintaining our optimum good health! I am certainly a poster child--it CAN be done!
