Hello,
Been reading here a Curezone for awhile now and have been doing alot of the suggested ideas for better health. I am planning on a starting oil pulling here in the next couple of day's. I do plan on using Sunflower oil for 3 times a day.
My ? is how long can you do this? 30 day's at a time? 60 Day's at a time? Every day for the rest of my life?

Just would like to know, I take herbs everyday so I would not think using Oil pullimg to rid myself of Toxins on a daily basis would do any harm. P.S. I also use Flax oil Daily ( 1 Teaspoon ) is this ok to do while oil pulling?
