Grassman.....That Ezekiel Bread you eat sounds interesting. It is baked, isn't it? Do you know at what temperature? I may try some. I like the fact that it's made from Sprouts. I don't think I'm ready for the Vegenaise Grape Seed Oil Spread......WY
