ive been pretty underweight my whole life and ive always had poor digestion. if i fix my digestion by Bowel Cleanse and a clean/light diet, will i gain weight naturally or will i have to up my calories to see my weight increase? i can eat as much as i want now, and not gain a pound so i figure i have a malabsorption problem. Anyone been in this situation before??
