Day 17. Frustrating plateau. No progress again. And when I re-weighed myself I gained a pound or two. Maybe it's time to replace this scale. I'm still holding strong and I have been GREAT about resisting eating my all time favorite food (cold pizza) which my fridge is just full of right now. Maybe I absorb the calories just from knowing it's there?
