uuuummmm....hmmm...so since 8 -year olds aren't 10 yet the skeletal fluorosis stuff doesn't apply.... ? ? huh? me no comprende......

I'm SOOOOOOO glad the E.P.A. is looking out for us.... :(

agree 100% with your rant, Uny. Education is imperative.
