another ? which needs to be answered, is your large bowel movements hard and rough coming out or soft and easy like a babies poop. if hard, increase your epsom salt and water intake until it is corrected and remain at that amount, when your body starts to heal and changes, then you adjust the ingrediants to fit what your body is telling you, stay on top of the game and adjust as needed to find what works for you, it's not a one size fits all, we are all different, listen to your body.
