i can understand that. i have done the things you have done. several times i thought i had gone as far as i was going to be able to. but if you have been living a modern life in america and are in a human body, i can tell you that you have been poisoned by things which accumulate and are "fused" to your tissues by means of their basic chemistry. those substances are halogens like bromine and fluorine and heavy metals like mercury and lead. no matter what you have done, those are still there.

i am not telling you to change a thing about what you have found so far and decided to do. i am telling you that you are Iodine deficient. you are welcome to ignore that or do some investigating.
