Pretty scary that a lot of the "alternate health MD's, ND's, etc. have told me that urine fairly dark from taking LOTS of suppliments [even tho drinking plenty of water!] was a good idea!

Perhaps the dark urine meant that I was toxic from too many suppliments in forms and ammounts that my body was not designed to handle???

I sure never felt good while taking all that stuff!!!!

Coming to my senses, and grateful to you for the wake-up call!
