This is my personal poll :)

I am wondering who all has had no trouble with regular, optimal bowel movements after an enema or colonic. The next day, is everything back to normal?

It just seems like when I've had the occasional enema, it takes a couple of days at least before things start going again. I'm always paranoid I'm washing too much out (biota, minerals, etc.). I always eat foods afterward to get the "good bacteria" in me, and I've read about people doing "probiotic" enemas to repopulate the bacteria in the colon, but I wonder if that actually works. This is why I've only done the "occasional" enema, too, or one a day, 2 days in a row, at most...it seems like it messes me up, even though it provides immediate cleansing.
