I loved my week at Rancho La Puerta, and the other yoga intensives, I lover retreats but they are a pssing fancy

In the end it boils down to a practice (or a discipline yuk)but true a discipline(hence disciples of the discipline)

A practice such as Sadhnna.

I have found more health through the mind then through the organic vegan/or not so vegan than any other therapy
