I have always had a little skin tag or two on my penis head, and I am circumcized, I have had two partners and have only recieved oral sex from them, with out a condom, There are very little bumps as small as a ball point on a pen, I do not know what they are, they are the same color as my skin on my penis, they are just bumps, and they really worry me

1)can I get genital warts from oral sex?
2) what can they be in anyones opinion?
