Make sure you take a strong combo of acidophilous, bifidus, and all those other friendly bacteria in a pill which is enteric coated (otherwise, stomach acid kills them all before they even get anywhere). And take them for many many weeks if not even months. Always on empty stomach, always between meals.

Colonics should be done ASAP!
